چکیده:
به دلیل اهمیت والای نوعدوستی در روابط اجتماعی و کارکردهای مثبت آن بر نظام اجتماعی، تحقیقات گسترده ای در این حوزه صورت گرفته است. برخی از این پژوهش ها به بررسی ارتباط جنسیت و نوعدوستی پرداخته اند. فرض عمومی و پذیرفته شده این است که رفتار نوعدوستانه مردان و زنان با یکدیگر متفاوت است و این تفاوت اساسا ناشی از نقش های جنسیتی است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است تفاوت های جنسیتی در رفتار نوعدوستانه را با لحاظ کردن نقش های جنسیتی مورد بررسی قرار دهد. روش به کار رفته در این پژوهش، روش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه افراد60-15 ساله شهر یاسوج هستند که 386 نفر بعنوان نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه می باشد که جهت تعیین اعتبار آن از روش اعتبار سازه به کمک تکنیک تحلیل عامل و جهت تعیین پایایی از شیوه هماهنگی درونی به روش آلفای کرانباخ استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن هستند که تفاوت های جنسیتی تاثیری بر رفتار نوعدوستانه ندارد. به علاوه نقش های جنسیتی نیز ارتباط معنا داری با رفتارهای نوعدوستانه نشان نمی دهند.
Because of importance of altruism in social relationships and its positive functions on social systems، extended researchs have been conducted in this area. Some of these researchs have investigated relationships between gender to the altruism. General and acceptable assumption is that altruistic behaviors of men and women are different and this difference is due to gender roles. This research has attempted to investigate gendered differences in altruistic behaviors concerning gender roles in yasouj city. Research method is cross-sectional survey and statistical society is all of individuals aged 15 through 65 in which 386 subjects were selected by means of Random multi - stage sampling. Measurment tool is a questionnaire ، that construct validity through Factor analysis has been used for determination of the validity and the reliability was measured by means of cronbach alpha coefficient. Research findings show; gendered differences don’t impact on altruistic behaviors. In addition to there is no significant relationship between gender roles to altruistic behaviors.
