چکیده:
ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اراﺋﻪ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻋﻠّﯽ ﺧﻮدراﻫﺒﺮی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ارزش ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﺼـﯿﻠﯽ و ادراک از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﯿـﺄت ﻋﻠﻤـﯽ ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎری ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻤـﺎﻣﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دوره ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﻋﻠﻮم اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﻨﯽ و ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ و ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺎﯾﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 92- 93 ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 765 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺑـﻮده اﻧـﺪ. ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮﺷﻪ ای ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ای از ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از رﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻋﻠـﻮم اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﻨـﯽ و ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ و ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺎﯾﻪ، ﯾﮏ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه و از ﻫﺮ داﻧﺸـﮑﺪه ﯾـﮏ ﮐـﻼس ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳـﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺠﻢ 456 ﻧﻔـﺮ اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑـﺰار ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧـﻮدراﻫﺒﺮی وﯾﻠﯿﺎﻣﺴﻮن، ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ارزش ﻫـﺎی ﺗﺤﺼـﯿﻠﯽ ﭘﯿﻨﺘـﺮﯾﭻ و ﻫﻤﮑـﺎران و ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ادراک داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﺎﮔﻮﻣﺮی و ﺑﯿﺸﺎپ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘـﺲ از ﺗـﺎﻣﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ، ﺑﯿﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ رﮔﺮﺳـﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ، داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ: ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫـﺎی آﮔـﺎﻫﯽ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎی رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮدی، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ادراک داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﯿـﺄت ﻋﻠﻤـﯽ ﺑـﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻘﺶ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای، ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اراﺋﻪ دروس، ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ و ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﻧﻈﺎرت و ﺗﻀﻤﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد، ﺗﮑـﺎﻟﯿﻒ و ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐـﻼس ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی آﮔﺎﻫﯽ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫـﺎی ﯾـﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ارزﺷـﯿﺎﺑﯽ و ﻣﻬـﺎرت ﻫـﺎی رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮدی ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ دار ارزش ﺗﮑـﺎﻟﯿﻒ و ارزش ﻧﻤـﺮه ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫـﺎی ادراک داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد اﻋﻀـﺎی ﻫﯿـﺄت ﻋﻠﻤـﯽ می باشند.
The existence of interaction is essential in order to create learning communities but with the rapid and increasing growth of information and communication technologies and e-learning introduction as a new learning method، the notion of interaction has undergone wide developments. The most effective e-learning course is created when the learners interact with the educational elements. In other words the success of on-line training courses largely depends on the quality of interaction between the educational elements. This study examines the types and amount of students' interaction (learners –educational content- trainer) in Mehr e Alborz e-learning educational center. The research method was descriptive survey type. The target population was all 777 students at the Mehr e Alborz higher education center that have enrolled in the academic year 2014-2015 that 256 samples were selected based on the stratified sampling. In order to collect data the researcher made questionnaire with the alpha coefficient of 0.90 was used. To analyze the data the descriptive statistics as well as the Kolmogorov–Smirnov، Mann Whitney and Friedman tests were used. The results of analyzing the questions indicated that the interaction between the students on all components is relatively in favorable condition.
