Political systems in accordance with the divine and the material world, in the form of an

democracy is examined. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of people in the

system of religious democracy, government is a tool in the service of man. Philosophy of
government in Islam, preparing the ground for the growth and prosperity of the people, and

Imam Ali (AS) also gave a manifestation of religious democracy in the true sense because
