"If you have to examine a large group of candidates and have to repeat the exam in several cycles, you may have a security problem if people find out the content of the stations - although it seems from most research that knowing the general topic of the station ("patient with depression" or "panic attacks") does NOT affect the scores - only having the specific checklist (if you use one) really compromises the security of the exam. 2) There's nothing wrong with spreading the OSCEs over more than one day, and having just one run of 6 stations at a time (you could probably fit in 6 circuits throughout the day, examining 36 candidates per day, and doing the exam over 3 days)."
