"Mohammad Rezaee This essay indicates that pillars of the theory of evolution of religious knowledge or theoric shrinkage and expansion of Shariah and even the very theory are adapted from Western thinkers. In the second step it studies some claims of Gadamer''''s philosophical hermeneuties on the basis of distinguishing the essential of a text from its accidental while indicating that this theory cannot be taken as the basis for gereral difference of readings.
