افزایش جمعیت، پیشرفتهای اقتصادی جوامع، رشـد سـریع شـهرها و بیتوجهـی بـه عرصههای طبیعـی، سبب تخریـب و نابـودی بسـیاری از پهنههای طبیعـی، قرار گرفتن آنهـا در میـان بافـت شـهری و ایجـاد مشـکلات زیســتمحیطی شــده اســت. اگر بــه پتانسیلهای طبیعــی و ویژگیهــای اکولوژیکــی بســتر در فراینــد شـکلگیری و توسـعه شـهر، توجه شود؛ میتوان به حفاظت از محیط زیست کمک کرد. بر همین مبنا، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی وضعیت مدیریت بافتهای اکولوژیک شهری در منطقۀ 9 شهرداری اصفهان می باشد. داده های پژوهش از روشهای کتابخانهای و میدانی است. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش STAR و آمارۀ T استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل منطقه 9 شهرداری اصفهان و حجم نمونه تعداد 15 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان متخصص در زمینه بافتهای اکولوژی شهری در اصفهان، است. یافته های پژوهش نشان دهندۀ آن است که مدیریت بافتهای اکولوژیک شهری دارای سه بعد مشتمل بر مدیریت بافت (با چهار شاخص از جمله قانونگذاری، برنامهریزی، مدیریت منابع و کنترل و نظارت)، بافت اکولوژیک (شامل دو شاخص حفاظت و توسعه و بهسازی) و اکوتوریسم (چهار شاخص اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیستمحیطی و فرهنگی) است. نتایج روش STAR، نشان میدهند که وضعیت فعلی مدیریت بافت اکولوژی منطقه 9 شهرداری اصفهان مطلوب نیست و نتایج حاصل از آمارۀ T، بیانگر آن است که میانگین بعد مدیریت بافت، بافت اکولوژیک و اکوتوریسم به طور معناداری پایینتر از حد متوسط (3) برآورد شده است (05/0 ≥ Sig). همچنین مقدار آمارۀ T برای این سه بعد به ترتیب برابر با 15/7-، 13/0- و 15/9- است. در نتیجه نتایج آمارۀ T بر این امر صحه می گذارد که وضعیت هر سه بعد مدیریت بافت، مدیریت اکولوژیک و اکوتوریسم در منطقۀ 9 شهرداری اصفهان، مناسب و مطلوب نمی باشد.

If attention is paid to the natural potentials and ecological features in the process of formation and development of the city; It can help to protect the environment. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of urban ecological textures in District 9 of Isfahan Municipality. Research data is a library and field method. STAR and T statistics were used to analyze the data. The statistical population includes District 9 of Isfahan Municipality and the sample size is 15 managers and experts in the field of urban ecology in Isfahan. Findings show that urban ecological contexts management has three dimensions including contextual management (with four indicators including legislation, planning, resource management and control and supervision), ecological context (including two indicators of conservation and development and improvement) and Ecotourism (four indicators: economic, social, environmental and cultural). The results of STAR method show that the current situation of ecological tissue management in District 9 of Isfahan Municipality is not favorable and the results of T-statistics indicate that the average dimension of tissue management, ecological tissue and ecotourism is significantly lower than average (3). It is estimated (Sig 05 0.05). Also, the value of T statistic for these three dimensions is -7.15, -0.13 and -9.15, respectively.
