این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر پرورش کارآفرینان در دانشگاهای دولتی شهر تهران انجام شده است روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی است و به دلیل به کارگیری روش فرا تحلیل و با توجه به ماهیت داده ها در زمره پژوهشهای کمی قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی این پژوهش مقالات موجود در پایگاههای علمی معتبر میباشد. تعداد پژوهشهای انتخاب شده برای انجام فرا تحلیل ده پژوهش میباشد. به منظور گردآوری داده های مورد نیاز برای فرا تحلیل از یک فرم کدگذاری استفاده شده است. این فرم معادل پرسشنامه یا فرم مصاحبه در انواع دیگر تحقیقات میباشد که در واقع با ترکیب کمی نتایج پژوهشهای انجام شده در حوزه پرورش کارآفرینان، با استفاده از روش فرا تحلیل و نرمافزار جامع فرا تحلیل CMA2 تعداد 10 پژوهش انجام شده دراین حوزه در ایران را مورد بررسی قرار داده است که از این تعداد 5 تحقیق از آزمون تی استیودنت و3 تحقیق از ازمون همبستگی و2 آزمونZ استفاده کرده است. نتیجه فرا تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر پرورش کارآفرینان نشان داد که؛ آموزش با اندازه اثر 67/0، زیرساختها با اندازه اثر 623/0 و ارتباط با صنعت و دانشگاه با اندازه اثر 563/0 دارای بیشترین اثر در پرورش کارآفرینی در دانشگاهها بوده است
Entrepreneurship education is one of the issues that has been paid more attention in recent years at different universities, and educators and planners have always been in the process of discovering and selecting more appropriate approaches in this field to develop entrepreneurial culture. They work through higher education. آيا به راستي دانشگاه ها توانسته اند از طريق آموزش ، افراد کارآفرين را پرورش دهند و از مهارت هاي آن ها در جهت رفع معضل بيکاري استفاده نمايند؟ در برنامه توسعه سوم به کارآفريني خصوصا در زمينه هاي پرورش کارآفرينان توجه شده است ؛ بنابراين دستيابي به آموزش وپرورش کارآفرينان يکي از راه هاي اساسي برنامه هاي درسي رشته هاي مختلف در دانشگاه ها ميباشد و از اين حيث بايد موردتوجه قرار گيرد تا مهارت هايي که لازمه کارآفريني ميباشد در دانشجويان پرورانده شود (Saljughi ، ٢٠١٣).
Effect size صفر درواقع تعيين اندازه اثر صفر است و هرگاه فرضيه صفر رد شود يعني مقدار اندازه اثر در جامعه غيرصفر است ؛ بنابراين ، اندازه اثر نشان دهنده ميزان يا درجه حضور پديده در جامعه است و هر چه اندازه اثر بزرگ تر باشد، درجه حضور پديده هم بيشتر است (Snyder &Thompson ، ١٩٩٧) هم چنين کوهن تمرکز صرف بر محاسبه مقادير سطوح معنيداري P را در تحقيقات گمراه کننده دانست و تأکيد کرد به دليل آن که آزمون معنيداري در علوم رفتاري با درصد بالايي از خطاي نوع دوم همراه است ، بايد جهت کاهش خطاهايي از اين نوع و ارتقاي توان آزمون ، علاوه بر راهبردهايي که روش تحقيق در اختيار محققان قرار ميدهد، به برآورد اندازه اثر و استفاده از آن در تصميم گيري در موردقبول يا رد فرضيه صفر پرداخته شود (Cohen ، ١٩٩٨).
