هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی بسته درمان پذیرش و تعهد واقعیتگرا در مقایسه با درمان شناختی رفتاری بر اهمالکاری و مسئولیتپذیری دختران نوجوان بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری دو ماهه بود؛ و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانش آموزان دختر متوسط دوم ناحیه 5 اصفهان در سال 1400 بود که پس از غربالگری با پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی 45 دختر نوجوان به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و در گروه آزمایشی بسته درمان پذیرش و تعهد واقعیتگرا (15 دختر)، گروه آزمایشی درمان شناختی رفتاری (15 دختر) و گروه گواه (15 دختر) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایشی بسته درمان پذیرش و تعهد واقعیتگرا محقق ساخته و گروه آزمایشی درمان شناختی رفتاری به مدت هشت جلسه 90 دقیقهای قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای را دریافت نکردند؛ هر سه گروه به پرسشنامه اهمالکاری تاکمن (1991) و مسئولیتپذیری کالیفرنیا (1951) در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط اندازههای مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بسته درمان پذیرش و تعهد واقعیتگرا بر نمره اهمالکاری (09/8=F، 007/0 =P) و مسئولیتپذیری (40/9=F، 004/0 =P) و مداخله شناختی رفتاری بر نمره اهمالکاری (51/5=F، 024/0 =P) و مسئولیتپذیری (11/9=F، 005/0 =P) مؤثراست و این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش شواهدی را پیشنهاد میکند که مداخله بسته درمان پذیرش و تعهد واقعیتگرا محقق ساخته و درمان شناختی رفتاری برای افزایش مسئولیتپذیری و کاهش اهمالکاری در نوجوانان روش مناسبی است.
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a reality-based acceptance and commitment treatment package in comparison with cognitive-behavioral therapy on procrastination and responsibility of adolescent girls. Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest with two-month control and follow-up group; The statistical population of the study was all second grade female students in Isfahan District 5 in 1400. After screening with the burnout questionnaire, 45 adolescent girls were selected by convenience sampling method and in the experimental group of the Realist Admission and Commitment Treatment Package (15 girls), the experimental group Cognitive-behavioral therapy (15 girls) and control group (15 girls) were randomly replaced. The experimental group underwent a realistic acceptance and commitment therapy package and the experimental group underwent cognitive-behavioral therapy for eight 90-minute sessions and the control group did not receive any intervention; All three groups answered the Tuckman (1991) Negligence Questionnaire and the California Accountability Questionnaire (1951) in three stages: pre-test, post-test, and follow-up. Data were analyzed using repeated measures mixed variance analysis. Results: The results showed that the treatment package of acceptance and realistic commitment on the score of procrastination (F = 8.9, P = 0.007) and responsibility (F = 9.40, P = 0.004) and cognitive-behavioral intervention on the score of procrastination ( F = 5.51, P = 0.024) and responsibility (F = 9.11, P = 0.005) were effective and this effect was stable in the follow-up phase. Conclusion: The results of the study suggest evidence that the intervention package of treatment of realistic acceptance and commitment has been realized and cognitive-behavioral therapy is an appropriate method to increase responsibility and reduce procrastination in adolescents.
