زمینه و هدف
آسیبهای دوران کودکی، ثبات. احساس کودک را از بین میبرد. کودک ارزش خود را تضعیف میکند و این حس اغلب تا بزرگسالی با کودک میماند و بر زندگی و سلامت روان فرد تاثیر میگذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل سازی ترومای اولیه زندگی و علایم روان شناختی با میانجی گری انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی مادران دارای کودکان با نقص هوشی صورت گرفت.
روش
پژوهش حاضر از نوع مدل سازی بود که به صورت مقطعی و توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای کودک با نقص هوشی بود که کودکان آنها در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 در مدارس استثنایی شهر شیراز مشغول تحصیل بودند. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 300 نفر که به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به سوالات پرسشنامه ترومای اولیه زندگی، انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی و افسردگی و استرس پس از رخداد پاسخ دادند. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS26 و AMOS24 و آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون، مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و محاسبه شاخصهای برازش، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها
نتایج پژوهش حاکی از برازش مدل و تایید فرضیه تحقیق بود. بنابراین بین ترومای اولیه زندگی و علایم روانشناختی با میانجی گری انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی، رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (05/0 <p).
نتیجه گیری
بنابر نتایج پژوهش به نظر میرسد تاثیر ترومای اولیه زندگی بر علایم روان شناختی میتواند تحت تاثیر انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی باشد.
Background and purpose

The child weakens its value and this feeling often stays with the child until adulthood and affects the person's life and mental health. The present study was conducted with the aim of modeling early life trauma and psychological symptoms with the mediation of psychological flexibility of mothers with children with intellectual disabilities.
Method
The current research was of a modeling type, which was carried out in a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical manner. The statistical population of this research included all mothers with children with intellectual disabilities, whose children were studying in exceptional schools in Shiraz in the academic year of 2001-2001. The sample of this research includes 300 people who were selected through available sampling and answered the questions of early life trauma, psychological flexibility and depression and post-event stress questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS26 and AMOS24 software and Pearson's correlation coefficient tests, regression, structural equation modeling and calculation of fit indices.
Findings
The results of the research indicated the fit of the model and the confirmation of the research hypothesis. Therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between early life trauma and psychological symptoms with the mediation of psychological flexibility (p<0.05).
Conclusion
According to the research results, it seems that the impact of early life trauma on psychological symptoms can be influenced by psychological flexibility.
