Both the existence of goodness and badness is independent of the legislative command and prohibition of God, and human reason understands them independently of Sharia.
If the aforementioned discussions are accepted, it will lead interpreters and those involved in understanding and discovering Sharia to observe the aforementioned norms in the position of inferring from religious texts due to rational necessity, because the values of legislative ethics are the same as the values of jurisprudence (Fanayi, 1384: 149).
So, when it is said that human dignity is a strategy for inferring the Sharia ruling, it means that this characteristic plays a role in proving the ruling that it also has in the position of establishing it, and like that position, it is a bed and framework within which the mujtahid, considering the normative implications arising from it, as mentioned before, must engage in interpreting and understanding religious texts and discovering the Sharia ruling.
It can be said that the aforementioned normative implications play the role of red lines, and understanding the Sharia ruling should not be incompatible with human dignity and his existential superiority.
