خلاصة:
This study examined the relationship between psychological ownership dimensions and deviant behavior of physical education teachers in Bojnourd city. This study was applied in terms of aim and descriptive - correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of male and female physical education teachers in Bojnourd city (N=160) and 113 teachers were randomly selected. Psychological Ownership Questionnaire (Van Dyne and Pierce, 2004) and Deviant Behavior Questionnaire (Robinson and Bennett, 2000) were used to collect data. Their reliabilities were determined using the Cronbachs alpha coefficient as 0.89 and 0.88 respectively. Collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis (P≥0.01). Results revealed a negative significant relationship between psychological ownership and its dimensions and deviant behavior. Correlation coefficients between organization-based psychological ownership and job-based psychological ownership with deviant behavior were -0.46 and -0.36 respectively. Also, correlation coefficient between psychological ownership and deviant behavior was -0.43. In addition, stepwise regression analysis showed that organization-based psychological ownership was a good predictor of deviant behavior and explained 21% of changes of this variable. Based on these findings, it could be expected that an improvement in psychological ownership leads to a decrease in deviant behaviors.

(2012) in their research on employees of the National South Oil Regions Company showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological ownership and emotional commitment and intent to stay in the job (1).

's (2008) research also indicated a positive relationship between psychological ownership and variables of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (13).
Cronbach's Alpha for Each Variable Number of Questions Cronbach's Alpha Organization-based psychological ownership 7 0/81 Job-based psychological ownership 5 0/78 Deviant behavior 8 0/88 Research Findings The results obtained from the analysis of demographic data show that out of 113 sample members studied 58 were male and 55 were female, which indicates an almost equal ratio between these two groups.
In addition, the results show that the correlation coefficient between the variable of organization-based psychological ownership and deviant behavior is -0/463.
In addition, the results of linear regression test showed the ability of the variable of organization-based psychological ownership to predict changes deviant behavior.
The results of the present research also showed that 21% of the variance of deviant behavior is explained by the component of organization-based psychological ownership.
Based on the results of research, having control over work, independence, and participation in organizational decision-making can increase individuals' psychological ownership.
