The article herein، by criticism and consideration the proofs and presuppositions of the opponents of the stream of occurrence recency principle and solve the figured problems، alongside the discovery of exit from conflict for some doubts forms and non-change of this principle to the demonstrative principle، brings about another description for the doubts forms، and pays attention to the influence of the probability of coincidence of symmetry and the inference of the stream thereto in some cases.

He raises objections to the application of this principle in numerous places in Jawahir al-Kalam (such as the issues mentioned below): Najafi, in the case of someone who is certain about both an invalidating event and purification, and doubts which one occurred later, after quoting the fatwa of several jurists regarding the obligation of purification and attributing this fatwa to “the scholars” from the book Dhikra (Shahid al-Awwal, 1419, vol.
A fundamental part of Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Najafi’s objection to the application of the authenticity of the posteriority of an event is the occurrence of a conflict with a similar principle applicable to another event; just as the principle of non-occurrence in a previous time (= posteriority of occurrence) is applied, the principle of non-occurrence in a subsequent time is also applied and the two principles conflict; for example, just as the non-occurrence of Zayd’s death until Friday is proven by relying on the presumption of non-death until Friday, and its posteriority to Friday, one can also presume the non-occurrence of death, stating that the occurrence of death on Friday and its posteriority to Friday (before the arrival of Friday) were not established; after the arrival of Friday, it is also not established in a way that presumes eternal non-existence; therefore, its precedence over Friday will be proven (Najafi, 1404, vol.
b) In comparing an event with “another event” and presuming the non-existence of the first event at the time of the second event, which leads to proving the posteriority of the occurrence of the first event, the previous objection also exists; because this presumption is also a positive and invalid principle (Ansari, 1428, vol.
