خلاصة:
One of the main topics in the science of the principles of suspicion, such as single news, the authority of appearances, etc. Most of the issues raised in the authenticity of suspicion are raised with a principled approach, and its epistemological value has been given less attention. The main problem of this article is to analyze this issue. This article, which is written with a descriptive-analytical method, expresses the views of Usulians on the validity of suspicion and then tries to find a way to explain the reality of suspicion, which according to the chosen point of view of this article, it is proved that these suspicions have discovery and reality. And the credibility of rational Emirates, including the news of Wahad, is not something outside of their essence, and they do not need to forge authenticity. In addition to opening a new path in explaining the validity of suspicion, proving the reality of suspicion has numerous benefits in non-jurisprudential descriptive sciences, especially humanities. Especially, this method can be used in the three areas of "existing human being", "ideal human being" and "transformation method from the existing situation to the desired situation".

The Epistemological Validity of Conjecture (Zann) and Its Impact on the Transformation of Human Sciences Naimah Najmi Nejad * | Abdollah Mohammadi ** | Sayyid Mustafa Hosseini Nasab *** Abstract One of the major topics in the science of Usul (Principles of Jurisprudence) is the discussion of conjectural matters such as solitary reports (khabar al-wahid), the authority of apparent meanings (hujiyat al-zawahir), etc.
On the other hand, the concern of scholars of Usul (Principles of Jurisprudence) is to find legal authority (Hujiyat Shari'i) that allows them to have an excuse when attributing a legal ruling; meaning, they perform their actions in such a way that if the legal ruling turns out to be contrary to what they have concluded, they are excused in the presence of God. Therefore, their intention from authority is exculpation (Ma'dhuriyat) and accountability (Munjiziyat); whereas the concern of many researchers in the human sciences, such as the epistemologist, is realism (Waqi-namayi); thus, in the epistemological approach, the researcher is not merely seeking salvation from the punishment of the hereafter; meaning, the authority they intend is not in the sense of accountability and exculpation, but rather in the sense of discovering reality and the measure of realism.
Since empirical knowledge cannot create certainty in the strict sense or even decisiveness (qat'), from this perspective, the degree of epistemological validity of conjectural propositions in the human sciences holds even greater importance.
