خلاصة:
The book Muntaqid al-Manafi fi Sharh al-Mukhtasar al-Nafi is one of the scientific and argumentative jurisprudential works by Mulla Habibullah Kashani, which is a comprehensive commentary on the book al-Mukhtasar al-Nafi by Muhaqqiq al-Hilli. In this book, Mulla Habibullah explains only the important jurisprudential issues that, in his view, students are most afflicted with, using a fluent and investigative style. He attempts, after stating the original issue, explaining the phrasing of Muhaqqiq al-Hilli (may God have mercy on him), quoting the narrations of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) and the phrases of jurists, to discuss his extensive views in detail under the title of 'Tadhnib' or 'Tadhnibāt'. In the present writing, the author first briefly describes the biography of the book's author and his motivation for writing the book. Subsequently, he presents the most important topics of the book, its characteristics, content, and the manuscripts of the book Muntaqid al-Manafi.
