خلاصة:
During the holidays of the holy month of Ramadan (Saturday night, from the 3rd to the 17th of Ramadan 1391 AH and October and November 1971 AD), Shahid Sayyid Mohammad Baqir al-Sadr held a series of sessions regarding the revival of Mawat lands. Previously, on the 1st of Ramadan 1381 AH / February 7, 1962 AD, he taught this same subject, which later became the basis for the second part of the book 'Iqtisaduna'. Ayatollah Sayyid Kazim al-Haeri, one of the most selected students of Shahid al-Sadr, has transcribed these lessons, and now the first part is made available to the esteemed readers.

Examination of the Three Groups of Narrations Three objections are raised against these three collections of narrations: First objection: The objection related to the third group, as previously mentioned, their subject is established through istishab, without any difference in saying that the intention of "کل أرض میتة لا ربّ لها" refers to the concept of a description (mafhum al-wasf)—whether dead lands that have an owner belong to the Imam or not.
In this regard, a reason can be mentioned that contradicts the generality of the Imam's ownership, namely the narrations that say: lands that have been taken "anwatan" (by force and through jihad) belong to the Muslims.
The third aspect: After assuming the fall (tasaqut), we refer to the superior authority (meaning the fourth set of narrations which states that all lands belong to the Imam); however, this general rule has been specified (meaning the reason for the ownership of lands conquered 'anwatan' by Muslims) and the "specifier" (mukhassis) regarding the wasteland lands that were conquered 'anwatan' has a conflict.
B) The second group consists of narrations that indicate the reviver has, to some extent, a right that corresponds to both ownership and the right of priority, including the Sahih of Muhammad ibn Muslim, narrated from Imam al-Baqir (as), who said: أیّما قوم أحیوا شیئا من الارض أو عمّروها فهم أحق بها.
