خلاصة:
Lady Zaynab al-Kubra (SA) should be considered the foremost woman in eloquence, rhetoric, asceticism, wisdom, knowledge, patience, etc., after her mother Zahra (SA). Her fame for her role in Karbala and in the caravan of captivity, and the impact of her presence in overcoming the effects of the Battle of Taff, has caused neglect of other dimensions of her personality; furthermore, the unparalleled patience and forbearance she demonstrated during the events of Karbala has overshadowed all her other praiseworthy attributes. This article aims to examine this dimension, considering her scientific status and narrative position, and to introduce a portion of the hadiths narrated by this lady Muhadditha.
ملخص الجهاز:
The Scientific Status of Zaynab al-Kubra (SA) Zaynab, the Zaynab of her father, the daughter of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib (Abd Manaf) ibn Abd al-Muttalib ibn Hashim al-Qurashi, her mother is Fatima Zahra peace be upon her, the dear daughter of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him and his family.
The fact that Zaynab (SA), in her speech, considered all the houses of Kufa, without exception, to be mourning the sword of Imam Husayn ibn Ali peace be upon him, and mentioning the point that during the last farewell of Sayyid al-Shuhada peace be upon him with the Ahl al-Bayt, they were commanded by him to settle in the tents and came out of the tents after his martyrdom; it can be said that this precise information and awareness of the massive volume of the Kufa army's casualties relies on the non-natural knowledge of that veiled lady.
But the last point is that in the book Kamal al-Din wa Tamam al-Ni'mah, in the chapter on Tawqi'at, the late Sheikh Saduq (may Allah exalt his station) narrates a hadith from Hakimah Khatun, the daughter of Imam Jawad peace be upon him and the noble aunt of the Imam of the Age (AJ), and while doing so, reminds: "Husayn peace be upon him entrusted his commandments outwardly to his sister Zaynab (SA); to hide the Imamate of his son Ali ibn al-Husayn peace be upon him (and to keep his life safe).
