(Mojarrad, 1386: 51-54) Two. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution In such a structure, the Islamic Revolution of Iran took shape and challenged the manner of power distribution, questioning it with the slogan and policy of "neither Eastern nor Western"; because from the perspective of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, what has occurred in the empirical political structure of the international system is the result of unequal political relations, the exercise of dominance, the influence of great powers, and the political dependence of subjugated countries.
Therefore, based on the thought of His Eminence the Imam+, the Islamic Revolution of Iran, instead of emphasizing governments (the number of actors), analyzes the dominant ideas and ideologies in the international system and, for example, challenges the bipolar system by rejecting the ideologies of communism and capitalism (Ibid: 266) and announces a new ideology and pattern under the title of political and revolutionary Islam to the world, considering a system desirable in which power is distributed in a balanced manner among nations.
