This research examines the principles and methods used by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) when dealing with those who violate his personal rights. In the Holy Quran, the Prophet is introduced as a model and exemplar for all believers. His personal biography is an appropriate guide and wayfinder in dealing with wrongdoers in Islamic society. To this end, through incomplete induction conducted on the prophetic biography and history in Islamic sources, it became clear that one of the primary goals of the Noble Messenger was to attract the maximum number of people to Islam. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) had different approaches according to various circumstances. Therefore, in his dealings, he acted based on the principle of 'mercy' with wrongdoers and also utilized the method of forgiveness in implementing this stated principle.

Below, the educational principles and methods that the Prophet employed when facing wrongdoers who violated his personal rights are mentioned: <H2>The Principle of "Mercy and Grace"</H2> God Almighty has made mercy and grace obligatory upon Himself toward His servants (Al-An'am: 12).
In this incident, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), by using the method of forgiveness, overlooked the error of Hibbar ibn Aswad, even though, apparently, due to his action, his blood had been declared permissible.
Forgiveness in the face of insults</H2> In some cases where a person lacked physical or social power and at the same time showed audacity toward the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), the Prophet did nothing to them and overlooked their error.
It has been narrated from Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) that during the Battle of Dhat al-Riqa, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was by a riverbank under a tree when a flood came and separated him from his companions; while the Muslims were waiting by the river for the flood to subside to reach the Prophet, a man named Ghawrath from the polytheists saw him alone and said to his tribe: I will kill Muhammad.
