خلاصة:
In the Hadith sources of the two sects, there are narrations related to the delegation of religious matters to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), most of which are authentic in terms of chain of transmission. In terms of semantics, the scholars of both sects have accepted the delegation of legislation to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and believe that delegating to him and commanding obedience to him never conflicts with monotheism in obedience; rather, obeying him is the same as obeying God Almighty. This is because, due to his divine-like upbringing based on the love of the Lord, he never possessed a will contrary to the will of God, and every ruling he issued was in accordance with the commands of his Creator and not parallel to His will. Therefore, God has allowed His Messenger to establish certain rulings and has considered obedience to him as obedience to Himself, stating that the wisdom behind this is to test people and distinguish obedient servants from disobedient ones. Of course, this aforementioned view is also supported by reason.
