One of the currents that was able to find an acceptable position in the humanities in opposition to positivism was the current of contractualism. Contractualism, in some of its branches including the study of organizations, seeks to utilize the epistemic fruits of various paradigms and strives to make use of all existing and possible possibilities for understanding the organization. A prominent example of this effort is Morgan's use of various metaphors employed to understand the organization. This current, without regard to the existence of reciprocal foundations in different paradigms, has nurtured a contradictory recommendation within itself. In contrast to this approach, this writing proposes Allama Tabataba'i's meta-theory of credentialism as a stronger version for the humanities, which is capable of providing an increasing capacity before Morgan's perspective.

According to the supra-theory of conventionalism, in addition to not facing the problem of relativism due to its possession of a realistic approach, it will not have the problem of changing the subject of research because it considers the method of studying the organization to arise from the conventional identity of the organization.
