ملخص الجهاز:
Two research articles by him have been published on the subject of Bab's Penance Letter (Tawbah-nameh); the first, "Bab's Penance Letter and the Doubts Surrounding It," which proves the authenticity of the Penance Letter and its original version in the Library of the Assembly, published in the journal Nameh Baharestan; and the second, "The First Brick: Recognition and Re-reading of the Documents and Versions of Sayyid Ali Muhammad Bab's Penance Letter," which appeared in the Humanities Portal (Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies).
These two articles, which contain interesting points regarding the original version of the Penance Letter in the Library of the Assembly, became the pretext for Baha'i studies to interview this venerable professor.
This had reached the ears of some of those who frequented the Parliament Library, including the late Professor Mohammad Mohit Tabataba'i, and he always had this concern that the presence of this man, namely Ibrahim Sharifi's son, might cause this important historical document, the letter of repentance, to be damaged.
On the other hand, we remember that during those three visits to the Parliament's administrative safe, Professor Haeri had taken a copy or a photograph of the Bab's letter of repentance, framed it, and hung it on the wall of the library entrance hall so that it would always be subject to the gaze of visitors.
Baha'i Studies: It might be asked, since the person who saw this letter of repentance in the safe was Mr. Haeri, who himself claimed that the Bab had repented, have films and photographs been taken so that no doubt remains?
