Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of integrating twenty-first-century skills and the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality in curricula. Key curriculum design models, including the classic models of Tyler and Taba and the modern Understanding by Design (UbD) model, are discussed and compared. The step-by-step process of curriculum development, from needs assessment to evaluation, along with executive strategies such as personalized instruction and social-emotional learning, and implementation challenges including teacher resistance and resource shortages, are analyzed. By providing case studies from the successful educational systems of Finland and Singapore and innovative schools, practical lessons for improvement are offered.
