Issuing a trust letter to the people of Isfahan, confirming the endowment of places respected by the Shia subjects, minting coins with a seal that does not arouse the sensitivity of the Shia subjects, establishing a marriage relationship with the source of legitimacy, namely the Safavid dynasty, and finally gaining legitimacy through the recognition of its government by the Ottoman government and The Russian government was one of these measures; But the result of this research shows that despite taking all these measures, Ashraf could not succeed in obtaining the legitimacy of the government and the lack of support of the Shia subjects with him caused him to be unable to cope with Nader Shah's army and his government campaign was complicated by the attacks of Nader Dara.
