The aim of this research was to design behavioral patterns for educators from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha. The research method was within the scope of descriptive and qualitative methods. To extract the components of this article, books written in the field of Nahj al-Balagha were referred to. In the field of behavioral patterns, 11 key components are mentioned, which are: Islamic education, making use of opportunities, method of forgiveness and passing over, acting, correcting, etiquette and upbringing, knowledge and insight, advice and counsel, love and tolerance, good preaching, overlooking and encouragement and punishment.

The necessity of this matter lies in the fact that for success in the matter of Islamic education, educators must take behavioral models from the Imams, the Ahl al-Bayt, religious elders, and the precious books of the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha and transfer them to the learner.
(Dashti, 1380: 127) The present research, using the precious document of Nahj al-Balagha and the key components mentioned in Nahj al-Balagha, through the thematic content analysis research method, has pointed to 11 key components in the field of behavioral patterns, which are: Islamic education, utilizing opportunities, the method of forgiveness and passing over, acting, reforming, etiquette and upbringing, knowledge and insight, admonition and advice, love and tolerance, good preaching, and overlooking, encouragement, and reprimand.
The recommendation of the present research is that every educator should possess a behavioral pattern compatible with the components stated in Nahj al-Balagha and other books authored in this field, and paying attention to it is very important and mandatory.
