Presenting a model for implementing emerging smart businesses in Iran with a skill-learning approach 1 Danial Nazeri 2 Alireza Moghaddasi * 3 Majid Nassiri Abstract Expanding and institutionalizing the culture of business based on talent, passion, knowledge, skill, technology, expertise, ability, and entrepreneurship, by strengthening religious beliefs and professional ethics, and through the quantitative and qualitative development of skill and technology training based on applied research and regional planning, provides the grounds for economic development.
Based on the research findings, a paradigmatic model was formulated, which includes causal conditions (support and assistance, alignment of business and technology, information transparency, and improvement of data quality), intervening conditions (emerging business processes), contextual conditions (software and hardware infrastructures), strategies (process integration standards, empowering managers and project stakeholders with information technology), and consequences (economic growth and development and gaining competitive advantage).
The main factors in increasing the importance of innovation in the business model include globalization processes, short production cycles (which are based on innovative solutions), rapid technological changes, and the increasing role of information, intangible resources, and intellectual capital in achieving the set goals in companies.
These businesses play an important role in the economic success of the country in terms of creating sustainable technology-based jobs and exploiting new opportunities; therefore, identifying and examining the factors affecting the growth and development of entrepreneurship in such organizations can be useful in planning and policymaking to promote entrepreneurial activities.
