”Rasael-ol-ejaz” is one of prose works of Amir Khosrow Dehlavi, which was written in the early eighth century AH. This work, Included five part and its main topic, is Letter Writing (epistoiery) and writing.The author in addition many usage of figures of speech in work, assigned the third part to rhetoric. In this part, he modificate in some past rhetorical figures and some of the rhetorical figures in this part, are made by Amir Khosrow himself, which shows his mastery and awareness in this theme.Amphibology or Imagination is one of the figures of speech, which has a special place in this valuable work. observe the verbal proportionality, also proportion amphibology has an important role in this text. Employing some special and rare figures of speech as “Zemn-ol-lafz” and “Tarjamat-ol-lafz” in this work that according to the author’s self-confession, is one of his innovations, With high frequency, it is noticeable. But with a little care and comparison with other rhetorical books, we find that these figures of speech are sometimes associated with some similar figures of speech and some of them existed before Amir Khosrow with a slight difference and their basis has been discussed in previous rhetorical books. considering the importance and position of this work in the field of literary works of technical prose, In this study, the authors intend to examine the place of amphibology in this work and critique and analyze some of its new industries, such as “Zemn-ol-lafz” and “Tarjamat-ol-lafz”.

Through the extensive use of some special and rare devices, such as "Dhimn al-Lafz" and "Tarjamat al-Lafz" in this work—which, according to the author's admission, are among his innovations in the pursuit of maintaining proportion—they are noteworthy; however, with a little care and comparison with other rhetorical books, we realize that these devices are sometimes mixed with some similar devices, and some of them existed before Amir Khusrau with slight differences, and their basis was established in previous rhetorical works.

Some types of ambiguity, such as ambiguity of proportion, ambiguity of contrast, and ambiguity of translation—or in the words of Amir Khusrau, tarjamat al-lafz and also the device of implicit meaning—can be considered instances of lexical cohesion that cause the elements of the text to become continuous and connected to one another.
Another one of Amir Khusrau's innovative devices in Rasail al-I'jaz is "Zimn al-Lafz"; in such a way that they embed a word within another word, at its beginning, middle, or end, so that a kind of subtle verbal pun (latifa) exists within it.
