خلاصة:
The present text is an analytical-descriptive comparison of the structure and content of two famous Arabic qasidas, conducted with attention to comparative criticism approaches. Its goal, in addition to examining the outward and structural form, is to re-examine the spirits, themes, and to discover the techniques and devices that have caused both qasidas to be accepted by the connoisseurs of the realm of speech and poetry. 'Ka'b ibn Zuhayr' and 'Al-Mutanabbi' are among the orators whom many poets have followed. The importance of the latter subject, as well as finding the literary and intellectual threads of both poets in the social realities reflected in their poetry and its intertwining with the life experience of the Arabs, prompted this research. The outcome of the research shows that although both poets share intellectual, cultural, and stylistic convergence in the ghazal section, their mental and verbal power in treating themes and conveying motifs differs, to the extent that technical beauty, delicate emotions, artistic subtlety, verbal dynamism, and strength in the poetics of speech have bestowed a unique identity upon each of these qasidas.

The findings of the research show that although both poets share intellectual, cultural, and stylistic inclinations in the section of ghazal (love poetry), their mental and verbal power in processing theme and conveying motif differs, to the extent that technical beauty, delicate emotions, artistic subtlety, dynamism of speech, and strength in the poetics of discourse have bestowed a unique identity upon each of these qasidas.
4. Research Background Valuable research has been conducted separately regarding Ka'b ibn Zuhayr, al-Mutanabbi, and their poems, but as far as the authors of the present research have investigated, no research has been carried out in the form of comparison and comparative analysis for any of the qasidas of these two poets, and the present essay is the first step in this regard.
For this reason, it can be said that description occupies a place in the transition of theme and the main subject of panegyric; rather, it is a way to narrate and depict the life of the praised person; a narration whose characteristic is exaggeration and an image that sometimes becomes more vivid through the poet's imagination.
