One of the important topics that managers in organizations pay attention to is job burnout, because job productivity and achieving organizational goals require high morale among employees in the organizational environment. Therefore, one of the important points that managers in organizations seek to achieve general organizational goals is creating morale among employees. For this reason, this research seeks to investigate the impact of organizational changes on job burnout with the mediation of organizational support in the Aras Free Zone. This research was conducted during the period of 1397 among 480 managers and experts of the Aras Free Zone, and according to the Morgan table, the sample selected for this research is 214. In this research, information was collected using a standard questionnaire for the components of organizational changes. The results show that organizational changes have a positive and significant effect on reducing job burnout, such that four components—participation, adaptability culture, mission culture, and compatibility capability—have a negative and significant effect on job burnout with coefficients of 0.253, 0.311, 0.298, and 0.344, respectively. Additionally, organizational support has a negative and significant effect on job burnout with a coefficient of 0.248.

Testing the third hypothesis H0: The bureaucratic culture component has a negative and significant effect on the job burnout of Aras Free Zone employees with the mediation of organizational support.
Four components (participation, adaptability, bureaucratic culture, and adaptability capability) in 92 Journal of Contemporary Research in Management and Accounting Sciences Year 4, Issue 13, Summer 2022 have had a significant impact on reducing job burnout.
