خلاصة:
The agricultural sector is one of the oldest sectors of the economy in Iran and many important countries. This sector is of high importance due to the production of strategic, essential products and the food security of society. However, unfortunately, due to reasons such as mismanagement, lack of proper planning, and lack of proper support for farmers, it has faced numerous problems, with inefficiency being one of the most important challenges. Since this sector plays a vital role in ensuring food security, which is among the primary needs of a society, solutions for preventing and reducing corruption in this sector have been presented in support of farmers, the most important of which are: the participation of farmers in decision-making and policymaking in the agricultural sector, reducing complex administrative bureaucracy in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture, adjusting import and export customs tariffs, stability of laws in the field of agricultural products, and continuous control and supervision of the product market.

The most important of these include: the participation of farmers in decision-making and policymaking in the agricultural sector, reducing complex administrative bureaucracy in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture, adjusting import and export customs tariffs, stability of laws in the field of agricultural products, and continuous control and supervision of the product market.
Improving food security, producing essential goods for the growing population of the country, and reducing dependence on imports by relying on domestic production and optimal use of capabilities, capacities, talents, and resources are considered priorities of the agricultural sector.
Therefore, considering the importance of the agricultural sector for the country's economy, the existing conditions, and also the designation of the year 1399 as the year of production leap, it is necessary to explain and examine the problems in the agricultural sector that provide the ground for the emergence of corruption, and to provide solutions for the prosperity of the agricultural sector and the reduction of corruption in this sector.
Therefore, due to the importance of ensuring the country's food security, reducing the costs of this sector, and supporting farmers, the list of the most important problems facilitating corruption in the agricultural sector is presented in Table No.
While the Parliament has approved various plans to facilitate farmers' affairs and handed them over to the government and the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture for implementation, it seems that proper planning has not been carried out in this area, and some responsible officials have not made the necessary predictions to provide the budget for the guaranteed purchase of agricultural products.
