ne of the dangerous crises in our country is addiction to drugs (FIX) and annually spend a great sources for education and prevention about this issue. This research is a type of causality –comparative research and its aim of compare among the criterion of self efficacy and the relation with attitude to using drugs in single attendant and normal student that was done in shahrekord city at 1393 year. For doing this research 70 person single attendant teenager in the age 14 until 17 year that they were studying in school and 70 student homogenous in scale age and segment study randomly were selected and they answered the Sherrer self efficacy wade and preparation scale to addiction Butcher. The result of static analyzing data that mustering with Pearson correlation coefficient and at student test shows between self- efficacy and attitude on using drugs have reverse and meaning fuels relation (R= -0/89), Also single attendant students have a lower self-efficacy than normal students and their attitude on using drugs are more than normal students, As for the result of this research, Attention to the single attendant, kinds and teenager and increase the scale of self-efficacy has an important role in parry this group from using drugs

This research was causal-comparative in nature and aimed to compare the level of self-efficacy and its relationship with the tendency towards drug use in single-parent and normal students in Shahrekord city in 2014.
Therefore, based on the results obtained from this research, paying attention to single-parent children and adolescents and increasing their level of self-efficacy is an important factor in keeping these adolescents away from drug use.
