This research done with the aim of prospection Job stress in velation with self-esteem in Shahrekord police personnel in 1394. The method of this research was descriptive and correlation, sample included 150 Shahrekord police personnel working in different part and used Access sample for this aim. Used (HSE) Job stress questionnaire self-esteem kooper smith questionnaire also for surveying perpetuity used keronbakh Alpha that indicated normal validat and perpetuity. In this research we used statistical methods like multie variant person and regression. Results showed Job stress in Shahrekord police personnel in this research common self-esteem item with meaningful level(p=0/033), (f=3/98)able prospect partly Job stress Bat social self-esteem, family self-esteem and job self-esteem didnot indicate correlation with Job stress. self-esteem could prospected Job stress in police personnel while the relation this variants with Job stress was Negative. Besides, incresting this factors results decrees Job stress number that this subject Author better service and health personnel.

This research intends to examine the prediction of occupational stress in relation to self-esteem in police personnel.
Identifying occupational stress and reducing it by increasing self-esteem and maintaining the health of police personnel can increase the security coefficient of society and minimize the level of organizational vulnerability.
Main Research Question What is the relationship between occupational stress and self-esteem among law enforcement personnel in the city of Shahrekord?

Therefore, considering the research conducted and this study, it can be said that self-esteem is related to predicting occupational tension in law enforcement personnel, and individuals who have higher self-esteem have greater ability to cope with stressful life events, including occupational tension.
