خلاصة:
Abstract The present writing, by entering the field of epistemological identification in the realm of rights—which carries heavy semantic weight and a broad conceptual scope—has theoretically addressed verses and hadiths according to the limits of speech, utilizing rational and intuitive methods. It seeks legal precedence through legal texts and the instances of cognitive and essential concepts, pointing to the necessity of legal coverage in Islamic society, which results in the revival of principles and the guidance of humanity on the path toward the ultimate goal, namely the manifestation of Lordship. It is written with the hope that it provides a worthy tradition regarding the nature and epistemological concept of civil rights, by grace and success!
