The aim of the present research is to investigate the impact of mobile application quality dimensions on user satisfaction and loyalty. The research methods used in this study are descriptive-survey in nature and, from a goal perspective, it is an applied research. The statistical population of the research, considering the PLS-SEM table and the formula provided by Cohen, was selected to include 164 application users in the city of Tehran. After collection, the research data were organized and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software. A simple random sampling method was chosen, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert professors and supervisors, and the results of the Cronbach's alpha test show that the questionnaire possesses appropriate reliability. The results of the research show that the dimensions of mobile application quality, such as efficiency, privacy preservation, and application accessibility, have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction and subsequently on their loyalty.

In foreign research as well, competency models have been designed in various fields (Shum, Gatling and Shoemaker, 2018; Cochran, 2009; Edwards, 2009; Ennis, 2008; Nelson, 2006; Patanakul and Milosevic, 2008) In the literature of competency, various models have been proposed that, based on different factors, each refer to specific components.
Research Methodology This research, with an exploratory approach and using the thematic analysis method and the tools of questionnaire and interview, aimed to identify the components affecting the competency of Kani Mas company managers.
