خلاصة:
Regional literature, which relies on the indicators of the physical and human geography of a specific region of the author or poet, holds a special position in Persian and Arabic literature. The works of Sadegh Chubak in the field of the Southern School and Maroun Abboud in Lebanon are also worthy of examination from the viewpoint of regional literature. In this research, while providing a brief definition of regional literature and addressing its background and position in both Persian and Arabic literature, we examine and analyze the indicators of regional literature in the novels 'Tangisir' and 'Fars-Agha' using the qualitative content analysis method. After examining and analyzing the two aforementioned works, we finally concluded that the coexistence of the two authors with the people of a specific region and their emulation of their living environment has been effective in presenting a significant image of the natural and human elements of the said region. Beyond the regional elements, both authors seek to defend the oppressed class, criticize the economic policies governing society, and rely on authentic and indigenous customs that are at risk of extinction in opposition to the new world.
