This research was conducted with the aim of investigating and comparing the quality of educational services and teaching quality in the universities of Meybod city. The statistical population of this quasi-comparative research included all associate and bachelor's degree students of Islamic Azad, Payame Noor, and Applied Science universities in Meybod city. According to the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, 268 people from Islamic Azad University, 207 from Payame Noor, and 133 from Applied Science were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the SERVQUAL educational service quality questionnaires and the teaching quality questionnaires of Wilson et al. (1997) and were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), independent t-tests, and one-sample t-tests. The findings showed that in all three university units, the current status of educational service quality and teaching quality has a significant distance from the desirable status (p < 0.05), but the current status of educational services among the three university units did not have a significant difference with each other (p > 0.05).

Considering this importance, the present research [examines] the quality of educational services and the quality of teaching in educational centers affiliated with the Islamic Azad University, Payame Noor and Applied Science in Meybod county, examines and compares.
Two hypotheses were proposed with regard to the main objective of the research: 1- The quality of educational services and the quality of teaching in the university units of Azad, Payame Noor, and Applied Science in Meybod county is in a desirable state.
Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of educational services in all three university units, Azad, Payame Noor, and Applied Science, has been low and has a large distance from the desired status from the students' perspective.

Discussion and Conclusion The testing of the first hypothesis of the present research showed that the quality of educational services and teaching quality in the Azad, Payame Noor, and Applied Science university units of Meybod city is not at a desirable level, and this hypothesis was rejected.
The results of this research in testing the second hypothesis showed that the quality of educational services and teaching quality in the three university units of Azad, Payame Noor, and Applied Science in Meybod city do not have a significant difference from each other, and this hypothesis was also rejected.
