خلاصة:
One of the considerable aspects in the lives of great characters who are in away role model in Islam society is studding their familial lives . Hassan ebn Ali (Peace be upon him ) the second Imam of Shiite is a great hero of Islam history who had an important with Moavieh and combating cultural garbles and corruptions and familial lives and wives of that sainthood different tradition and views are discussed. Also in relation to the number of wives progeny and divorces he is defamed by historian and relaters but it should be investigated did Imam Hassan really had many wives or this subject like many other historical subjects gradually and by unaware friends and despiteful anomies has developed in a superlative way. In this study by a historical inquiry in a descriptive and analytical way and by using sources Islam history and Regal book (books personages) attempt is put to answer these questions that: Did Imam Hassan has many wives and how is the news about tens or hundreds of wives? Can we accept attributing many divorces to him? Who was the first one (or first people) who accused Imam Hassan to many divorces?
ملخص الجهاز:
Among the incorrect news about him are regarding his treaty with Muawiyah, the number of his wives, children, and his divorces; on the other hand, they have used the staggering number of his marriages as a pretext, because the enemies, by characterizing the personality of Imam Hassan (AS) as a pleasure-seeking individual and someone who abandoned struggle for battle to reach a banquet and submitted to peace, have sought to tarnish his luminous personality.
Second Theory: Opponents of the large number of Imam Hassan's (AS) wives Those who have denied this issue provide several reasons, which will be examined below in several parts: 1 – The Sharia dislike of divorce Proponents of the multiplicity of Imam Hassan's (AS) women argued that the Imam divorced his women after a short period, whereas Islam does not approve of divorce and considers it detestable, and numerous narrations regarding the undesirable nature of divorce have been mentioned, some of which are referred to here: « ما من شیء احبٌ الی الله مِن بَیت یعمر بِالنکاح و ما مِن شَیء ابغضُ اِلی الله مِن یخرَبُ فِی الاسلام بالفُرقِه: هیچ چیز در پیشگاه خدا محبوب تر از خانه ای که به ازدواج ، آباد شده باشد نیست و هیچ چیز در پیشگاه خدا منفورتر از خانه ای که در اسلام ، به جدایی و طلاق ویران شود نیست»(Hur Amili, 1410, Vol. 16: 266-267).
Historical reason for rejecting the marriages of Imam Hassan (AS) It is not hidden that the malice and enmity that constantly existed from the side of the Umayyads, and especially Abu Sufyan bin Harb, their leader, towards the Prophet, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and his family, was not new; rather, this malice and enmity was an old and deep-rooted matter.
