Lifestyle is a part of social culture that, in a pattern-like manner, directs and colors the behaviors of individuals in that society or various segments of it in different arenas of life, including the economic arena. The dominant lifestyle in today's globalized world is the Western lifestyle, which has been promoted through various tools and seeks to conquer cultures and sideline small local competitors in different regions. If lifestyle, especially in the economic arena, takes shape correctly, it can become a strengthening factor and double the power of resistance; however, if it flows incorrectly—with a lifestyle characterized by luxury, extravagance, wastefulness, and excessiveness—it becomes an obstacle in the path of progress and may even intensify other obstacles along the way. An incorrect economic lifestyle in the areas of consumption, investment, and savings exacerbated the effects of past economic sanctions and, if not corrected, could leave even greater impacts. In this article, the issue of what the main elements of the Islamic lifestyle are and how it can assist the country's economy against the onslaught of the hegemony system, especially in the economic arena, is discussed using a descriptive-analytical research method. Efforts have been made to explain the main components of the Iranian Islamic lifestyle in the economic arena, considering the various dimensions of economic warfare, and to identify and introduce them within the framework of the economic defense strategy. Finally, the main components of the economic lifestyle under conditions of economic defense in the fields of consumption culture, work, cooperation and collaboration, altruism and self-sacrifice, entrepreneurship, etc., have been introduced and discussed.
