This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the relationship between organizational socialization and social responsibility among the employees of Urmia University. Using a descriptive-correlational research method, 200 university employees were randomly selected in a stratified manner proportional to the size of each faculty, based on their place of service. To collect the research data, two standard questionnaires were used: organizational socialization based on the Taormina model and social responsibility based on the Carroll model. After collection, the research data were analyzed based on the research hypotheses using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that: 1- There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational socialization and social responsibility. 2- The components of receiving training and understanding can positively and significantly predict the dimensions of economic, legal, ethical, and social responsibility. Consequently, it can be stated that by paying attention to the socialization of employees, one can witness an improvement and increase in their social responsibility.

Carroll's expression of this component is that the organization engages in various activities that reduce societal problems and improve the quality of life for people ( & Moshabaki shojai, 2010; Memarzadeh & Vazirinezamdost, 2010; Fisne & Filizoz, 2011) Empirical Background of the Research In a study conducted among employees working in an organization affiliated with the Ministry of Petroleum in Isfahan, it was found that the dimensions of organizational community acceptance have the ability to predict the career aspirations of employees (Nadi et al.
The research results of Beheshtifar and colleagues showed a positive and significant relationship between organizational community acceptance and performance (Nekoie-Moghadam & Rashidi, Beheshtifar, 2011).
The results of the factor analysis of the organizational community acceptance questionnaire (receiving training, understanding, employee support, and future outlook of the organization) was obtained, in which 77% of the variance of the questions was extracted.
These results indicate that the existence of organizational community acceptance dimensions in the university leads to the formation and increase of social responsibility among employees.
Another part of the research results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of organizational community acceptance (receiving training, understanding, employee support, and vision of the organization's future) and the dimensions of social responsibility (economic, legal, ethical, and social responsibility).
