ملخص الجهاز:
Studies have shown that family conflicts, educational mistakes, and parents' ignorance of the impact of their own behavior are factors that affect the child's future destiny, adjustments and maladjustments, and their happiness and misery.
Some research also shows that maternal employment brings positive effects; a child living in a family where the mother is employed receives more attention from people outside the home and will have more responsibilities at home compared to other children.
Gottfried 2 (1988) considers the mother's type of job, job stability, working hours, and the level of satisfaction she has with her role as important factors in creating adjustment in children.
In order to examine the significance level of the difference in the mean adjustment of girls between the two groups of housewives and working mothers, the independent t-test was used.

Psychologists are more interested in focusing their research studies on how relationships between parents and children work and the impact that a mother's job has on family life.
