Therefore, the date of serving the protest has not been considered by the legislator as a source of judicial or legal effect such that the serving officer would have the duty to specify it at the bottom of the protest, or perhaps to observe conditions similar to those mentioned in Article 97 of the Civil Procedure Law. Considering the articles of the Commercial Law, the conditions for serving a protest are limited to the following two cases: A- Service must be made at the residence of the party.
