خلاصة:
The purpose of this research is to design the leadership model of line officers in order to reduce desertion and the two disorders of aggression and depression of soldiers. To achieve this goal, mixed (exploratory) research was used. The statistical population of the research includes commanders, rank-and-file officers, and soldiers, 17 of whom were purposefully interviewed in the qualitative section, and 280 people were selected by proportional stratified sampling in the quantitative section. The data were collected using the leadership skills questionnaire, which was prepared based on qualitative findings, and aggression questionnaires by Bass and Perry (1992), Beck's depression (1961) and Ahmadi's desertion (2018). Qualitative data analysis was done with thematic analysis (theme) technique. In order to analyze quantitative data, structural equation model was used. The research shows the leadership model of line officers in four dimensions: leadership attitude (respect and respect for people), leadership behavior (taking time, justice, support and appreciation), leadership traits (appearance, discipline, personality, experience, expertise, verbal skills and intelligence). emotional) and finally the requirements of leadership (understanding individual differences and considering the conditions of each situation) and identified and showed that the attitude, behavior, traits and requirements of leadership significantly reduce desertion and the two disorders of aggression and depression of soldiers in training centers He becomes a soldier.
ملخص الجهاز:
The research identified the leadership pattern for non-commissioned officers in four dimensions: leadership attitude (respect and honoring individuals), leadership behavior (spending time, justice, supportiveness, and appreciation), leadership traits (appearance, discipline, personality, experience, expertise, verbal skill, and emotional intelligence), and finally, leadership contingencies (understanding individual differences and considering the circumstances of each situation), and showed that leadership attitude, behavior, traits, and contingencies significantly lead to a reduction in desertion and the two disorders of aggression and feelings of depression among soldiers in military training centers.
Based on the relationships obtained, the concepts resulting from open and axial coding in the selective coding stage were linked to each other, and finally, the findings of Table 2 indicate that the pattern of enlisted officers' leadership includes the following four dimensions: Leadership attitude: respect and honoring individuals; Leadership traits: appearance, discipline, personality, experience, expertise, verbal skill, and emotional intelligence (self-control, listening and empathy, humor, and flexibility); Leadership behavior: spending time, justice, protectionism, gratitude, and Leadership requirements: understanding individual differences and considering the conditions of each situation.
The effect of leadership attitude on depression, aggression, and turnover intention of soldiers According to Table 4, the significance statistic between the leadership attitude variable and depression is (5/514)- which is greater than the value of (1/96), indicating that the relationship between leadership attitude and depression is significant at a (95%) confidence level.
Other research results showed that the four dimensions of the non-commissioned officers' leadership model have a significant effect on aggression, depression, and turnover intention of soldiers and cause a reduction in them.
