User satisfaction is considered a fundamental axis of dynamism in any organization. In specialized libraries, which are institutions responsible for meeting information needs and enhancing the knowledge and awareness of the affiliated organization's employees, this matter becomes twice as important. 'Service quality' is a concrete, evaluable, and recognizable concept used to assess library performance. While satisfaction is a subjective factor based on feelings that is linked to the evaluation of organizational output. Therefore, according to some, service quality is not a reason for user satisfaction. Accordingly, the strategies for achieving user satisfaction vary across different organizations and depend on the type of their patrons. In a specialized library, providing timely services to users, updating products and services, offering various types of services in different ways, and most importantly, involving patrons and their feedback in the effective evaluation of library services and products, are the essential pillars for being user-oriented and consequently, the dynamism of this type of library; therefore, any solution in this field should be presented around these axes. In this article, the effective options for increasing user satisfaction in the form of four factors—time, synchronization with new developments, diversity of services, and service evaluation from the users' own perspective—are examined in detail, and the importance and connection of each of the above factors have been addressed.

Accordingly, the managers, librarians, and information specialists of the organization must exert maximum effort to increase the satisfaction of these libraries' users and provide services in the best possible manner.
Changing the policies related to all technical and general services provided by the library, especially collection development, as well as the general policies of the organization—whether in the recruitment and selection of librarians and information specialists or other matters—is important.
6. Diversity in the various methods and techniques of studying users, identifying their information needs, and assessing their satisfaction in accordance with the various situations that arise for the organization, the library, and its users.
It is here that the factor of time connects in a detailed and precise way with all policies, planning, guidelines, and processes related to librarian recruitment and selection, library architecture, building, and equipment, collection development and provision of information resources, storage and organization of information, processing, information retrieval, and information transfer to the user, as well as the methods and equipment used in this field, and consequently, it finds a deep connection with the factor of diversity.
