In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Editorial Respected parents, dear educators Every year, the Parents and Teachers Association of the Islamic Republic of Iran holds a seminar in Tehran with the participation of all provincial experts and regional education association officials to enhance professional knowledge and familiarize them with the new methods and programs of the association. The discussion of the speakers in the general sessions was mostly related to issues of education, how parents should interact with their children, and the correct understanding of parental cooperation. Upon the suggestion of the members participating in the aforementioned gathering and the approval of the honorable editorial board, it was decided that those parts of the gentlemen's speeches deemed helpful and guiding for the parents and educators of our Islamic homeland would be extracted from the tapes and, after revision—which was often carried out by the professors themselves—presented to you, hoping they will receive the attention of respected fathers, mothers, and teachers.
