The author, in the final section of the article, speaks about the indicators of a religious and Islamic society and provides numerous examples of issues that have occurred throughout Islamic history to clarify the situation of religious government during the time of the Prophet (PBUH) or Hazrat Ali (AS), etc. By relying on the events that occurred at that time and appropriate verses and narrations, he enumerates the qualities of religious and especially Islamic government, because he introduces Islam as the only complete and superior religion and considers Islamic democracy to be very different from Western democracy. Therefore, the author's expectation from an Islamic society, according to the Quranic model, is highly spiritual, and he intends to provide solutions towards creating a desirable religious government.

Recognizing this, distinguishing truth from falsehood, and determining the real criterion, guides us to many truths; such that understanding the relationship between government and the people, as well as identifying religious and Islamic governance and separating it from state religion and governmental Islam—in both theoretical and practical dimensions, accompanied by countless historical evidences—confronts us with many realities and shows us the roots of weaknesses and strengths.
An Overview of the Verses of God's Book Now, we proceed to review a portion of the Quranic verses in which our religion and Islam are discussed in some way, and religious characteristics are also mentioned, the contemplation of whose themes lifts the veil from many hidden truths.
