خلاصة:
Nowadays, with the increasing complexity of organizational environments, the expansion of global competition, and the complexity of decision-making, organizations must adopt new structural forms to reduce costs and simultaneously increase flexibility and responsiveness to the demands of customers, shareholders, suppliers, etc. Therefore, organizational form and structure must move towards group-based structures. The composition of a group plays an important role in the effective performance of an organization. The growing attention of new organizational strategies to the demographic diversity of the workforce stems from the fact that position in today's changing context depends on serious cooperation and discussion among employees with different backgrounds, experiences, and skills, which increases their cognitive abilities in identifying problems, providing new solutions, and making appropriate and effective decisions to increase task cognitive performance in the organization. The challenge we currently face is how to design the demographic diversity of the workforce in such a way that we both respect the unique perspectives of individuals and promote a shared sense of the future organizational vision.
