Increasing competitiveness between software companies ، that stems from customer needs and new information technologies، obliges the companies to improve their products’ quality according to high speed and low cost. This research seeks to introduce and determine the software production assembly line، one of the software development approaches. A three stage questionnaire was used to collect information which was extracted from literature، first stage and assessing the prerequisites of the system consecutively. In analyzing the data، first the Binom test was used and then executive activities were prioritized in two categories; technical management and organizational management. Finally، the relationship among the three stages determined by the relationship matrixes and software development pattern proposed.

In data analysis, first the binomial test was used, and then with the Friedman test, the priority of executive activities was determined and prioritized in two domains: technical management and organizational management; finally, using relationship matrices in the second stage, the connection between the activities of the three domains was determined, and at the end, the implementation pattern of the software production line was prepared.
Design Conceptual Model: To examine the implementation pattern of the software production line, activities have been divided into three domains: organizational management, technical management, and software engineering.
To this end, to collect expert opinions, a survey research was used to measure the operational prerequisites of the software production line in an organization, the case study method was used, and in order to quantitatively analyze information, overcome limitations related to generalizing results, and also achieve more accurate information to confirm the proposed framework, a questionnaire was utilized.
Research Findings Based on the information obtained from the questionnaires, the overall model for implementing the software production line was confirmed and the executive activities in each domain were identified.
Prerequisites for implementing the software production line (Refer to the page image) In the second part of the second questionnaire, the prerequisites of activities were identified from the research literature according to the activities of each domain (?j P) and confirmed through expert opinion and the use of a binomial test, a summary of which can be seen in (Table No. 2).
