Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطة رفتارهای اخلاقی سازمانی و رفتارهای غیراخلاقی دبیران انجام گرفت. عدالت سازمانی، تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی بهعنوان رفتارهای اخلاقی سازمانی در نظر گرفته شده، و نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی بین رفتارهای اخلاقی و غیراخلاقی بررسی شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی است که مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر 4625 نفر از دبیران دبیرستانهای شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 است. از این تعداد براساس جدول کوهن و همکاران، 357 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای عدالت سازمانی مورمن و نیهوف (1996)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و مییر (1990)، رضایت شغلی اسمیت، کندال و هیولین (1969)، و رفتارهای غیراخلاقی پترسون (2002) بود. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها روش تحلیل مسیر با نرمافزار لیزرل اجرا شد. یافتهها نشان داد رفتارهای غیراخلاقی بهطور منفی با رضایت از کار، رضایت از پرداخت و رضایت از همکار رابطة معنادار دارد. همچنین، یافتههای تحلیل مسیر نشان داد تعهد مستمر، رضایت از کار، رضایت از پرداخت و رضایت از همکار بر رفتارهای غیراخلاقی اثر مستقیم میگذارند. همچنین، یافتهها نشان داد با افزایش رضایت شغلی، تعهد مستمر و وابستگی معلمان به شغل، در مدارس رفتارهای غیراخلاقی کاهش مییابد.
This study aims to Examining the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction with teachers unethical behavior. According to the mediating role of organizational commitment was made. The research method is descriptive which it has used path analysis. The population in this study included 4625 boys and girls high school teachers in Isfahan in the academic year is 2016-17 and of these 357 cases using the table as a sample Cohen et al The questionnaires of organizational justice, Neihoff and Moorman (1996), Organizational commitment of Allen and Meyer (1990), Job satisfaction, Smith, Kendal & Hullin (1969) And unethical behaviors Peterson (2002) responded. For the analysis of the data path analysis using Lisrel software was used. The findings showed that negative behaviors negatively correlated with job satisfaction, satisfaction with payment and peer satisfaction. Path analysis findings also showed that continuous commitment, work satisfaction, satisfaction with payment, and peer co-operation on non-ethical behaviors have a direct effect. From the findings, it is concluded that with the increase in job satisfaction and continuous commitment and the dependence of teachers on their jobs, the schools of immoral behavior are reduced.
