Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق برنامج للتدخل السوسيولوجي الاكلينيكي لمعالجة أو للتخفيف من حدة أعراض اضطراب الرهاب الاجتماعي لدى طلبة السنة الأولى في مرحلة البكالوريوسء استند البرنامج على أساليب وفنيات التدخل في علم الاجتماع الإكلينيكي. طبقت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي واستعانت بطريقة دراسة الحالة في جمع وتحليل البياناتء وتمثلت أدواتها في مقياس لتحديد أعراض الرهاب الاجتماعي. تم اختيار العينةمن مجموعة من الطلبة الذكور والإناث المصابين بالرهاب الاجتماعي من طلبة السنة الأولى في الجامعة الأردنية وعددهم (30) طالب. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق بين استجابات الطلبة المصابين بالرهاب الاجتماعي على مقياس الدراسة وذلك قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الاجتماعي الاكلينيكيء حيث دلت نتائج القياس البعدي على أن أعراض الرهاب الاجتماعي على الطلبة قد انخفضت انخفاضاً ملموساً بعد تطبيق البرنامج الاكلينيكيء كما توصلت النتائج إلى أن أكثر الفنيات والأساليب فاعلية للعمل مع حالات الرهاب الاجتماعي هي على التوالي: الاحياء العاطفي الاجتماعيء الانصات الحرء الاستماع للغة الحسيةء فنية تحليل الاعتقاداتء النمنجةء لعب الدور.
This Article aims to implement a program of clinical sociological
intervention to treat or alleviate the symptoms of social phobia disorder
in first-year undergraduate students. The study applied the experimental
method and used the case study approach to collect and analyze the data.
Its metrical tool consisted in measuring and identifying the symptoms
of social phobia. The sample was selected from a group of (30) male
and female students with social phobia among the first-year students at
the University of Jordan. The results found that there were differences
between the responses of students with social phobia on the study scale
before and after the application of the study program. The results of postmeasurement
showed that the symptoms of social phobia among students
decreased significantly after the application of the therapeutic program.
The effectiveness of working with social phobias consisted in the social
emotional revival, technical analysis of beliefs, modeling, role play, free
listening, sensory language listening, as well as play therapy.
