Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با عنوان "پیشبینی خودآگاهی هیجانی نوجوانان بر مبنای استرس والدگری، سبک فرزندپروری و خودانتقادی والدین بود که در سال ۱۴۰۰ در شهر یزد انجام شده است. این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی با روش پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه نوجوانان (12-19) ساله به همراه والدینشان بود که ۲۲۰ (۱۰۱ پسر، ۱۱۹ دختر) نوجوان به همراه یکی از والدینشان که بهصورت در دسترس بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده بودند. دادههای پژوهش توسط پرسشنامههای خودآگاهی هیجانی ریف و همکاران (2007)، استرس والدگری آبیدین (1990)، سبک فرزندپروری بامریند (1991) و خودانتقادی تامپسون و زوروف (2004)، با استفاده از نرمافزار spss و آموس تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هر سه متغیر استرس والدگری، سبک فرزندپروری و خودانتقادی والدین به طور مستقیم بر خودآگاهی هیجانی نوجوان تاثیر میگذارند. خودانتقادی والدین و آگاهی هیجانی نوجوان رابطه معکوس و معنادار ((P0. 05). بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت خودانتقادی والدین، استرس والدگری و سبک فرزند پروری والدین میتواند به طور مستقیم بر آگاهی هیجانی نوجوانان تاثیر بگذارد.
ABSTRACTThe present study was entitled "Predicting adolescents' emotional self-awareness based on parenting stress, parenting styles and parental self-criticism among families in Yazd" in 1400. This research is a descriptive-correlative study with a survey method. The statistical population of this study was all adolescents (12-19 years old) with their parents. 220 adolescents with one of their parents who were available were selected as a sample. Data was collected by Reef et al.'s(2007) Emotional Self-Awareness Questionnaire, Abidin Parenting Stress(1990), Baumrind Parenting Style(1991), and Thompson and Zuroff(2004) Self-Criticism Questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS and Amos software. The results showed that all three variables of parenting stress, parenting style, and parents' self-criticism directly related to adolescent emotional self-awareness. inverse and significant relationship between Parental self-criticism and adolescent emotional self-awareness (P0/05). Therefore, It can be concluded that parental self-criticism, parenting stress, and parenting style directly affect adolescents’ emotional awareness
