خوانش معناشناسانه واژه «ریب» در قرآن بر اساس نظریه ایزوتسو Journal Article

Abstract:

برای ترجمه بایستی معنای واژگان به‌دقت کشف شود و مترجم برای این کار باید از معناشناس کمک بگیرد. ایزوتسو برای استخراج معنای واژگان قرآنی به جست‌وجوی معنای این واژگان در شعر جاهلی پرداخت و روش‌های هفت‌گانۀ «تعریف بافتی»، «جانشینی واژگان»، «واژگان متضاد»، «میدان معنایی»، «صورت منفی واژگان»، «ترادف عبارات» و «کاربرد در بافت غیردینی» را به کار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به بررسی معناشناسانۀ واژۀ «ریب» با بهره‌گیری از چهار شیوۀ نخست می‌پردازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد واژۀ «ریب» در شعر جاهلی به همراه دنباله‌هایی همچون «منون»، «حوادث»، «زمان» و «دهر» به معنای مرگ، اتفاقات سخت، حادثه‌های ناخوشایند و از این دست کاربرد داشته است؛ اما در قرآن یک بار عبارت «ریب المنون» دیده می‌شود. در میان مفاهیم دینی و اعتقادی، واژۀ «ریب» در قرآن کاربردهایی دارد که معنای درست آن شک از روی دشمنی و کینه‌توزی است. بنابراین به منظور انتقال کامل آحاد معنایی به زبان مقصد، افزودن دنبالۀ توصیفی «کینه‌توزانه» برای آن پیشنهاد شده ‌‌است.

To do a proper translation, the meaning of the words as components of a sentence must be carefully discovered and this requires the translator to use the knowledge of semantics. In order to gain the meanings of the Quranic vocabulary, Izutsu explores their meanings in pre-Islamic so-called ignorant-era poetry by employing seven methods: contextual definition, word substitution, antonyms, semantic field, negative form of words, synonymy of expressions and usage in non-religious context. This descriptive-analytical research semantically examines the word "rayb (lit. doubt)" using the first four methods applied by Izutsu. This research found that the word "rayb" having come along with “manoon”, "events", "time" and "aeon" means hard events, death, unpleasant events, and so on. But in the Qur'an, the phrase "rayb al-Manoon" appears only once. Among religious and doctrinal concepts, the word “rayb” has different uses in the Qur'an, the true meaning of which is “doubt through enmity and hatred”. Therefore, in order to fully transfer the semantic units to the target language, the descriptive sequence ‘spiteful’ has been proposed for it.
